Make sure that all party rooms are clean
Make sure all birthday kids names are on the sign
Make sure there are enough cups, plates, paper towels, spoons, forks, and a cake server for each room before each party.
Make sure each serving table has the correct color tablecloth
Make sure the board is filled out completely with the party information
Make sure the room sheet is filled out and give it to the front counter
Make sure that you have given your pizza orders for the day to the cook and that they are coming out of the oven at the appropriate times
Make sure that at the beginning of each party you are explaining how everything works, the package that they chose, when they will receive their food, and when they will receive their passes and play
Make sure that you are getting parties in and out of their rooms on time

CLOSING

Take all the dishes from the party room to the sink and wash them (Don't forget drink mats)
Take out all party trash and replace the bags
Wipe down all tables in the party rooms
Make sure there are enough cups, plates, paper towels, spoons, forks, and a cake server in the utensil bins
Sweep the floors (in party rooms and down party hallway)
Mop all three rooms and the party hallway
Make sure that the party counter is clean and neatly organized
Completely erase board (fill with next day if you want only if you are the party host for that day)
Do a party supply inventory
