How soon do I need to book?
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis, and reservations are required. The earlier you book the better. Most weekend parties schedule 3-4 weeks in advance to guarantee a space at the time they want. We accept booking up to 24 hours in advance if space is still available.
Can I have a party with fewer than 6 children?
Yes! The base party packages includes up to 6 guests. If you have less than 6, you will still receive the game credits and/or passes for all 6 guests and you may elect to have adults participate in some activities as well.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit per party area to book. The deposit reserves your party area and is applied towards the total cost of your party on the day of the event.
How early should we arrive?
The party hosts should arrive 15 minutes before the start time to greet the guests as they arrive. Your room may not be available more than 10 min prior to the start of the party. It is important for you and the guests to arrive on time. Party times are set in advance and cannot be moved the day of the party.
May I bring in my own food or beverages?
You’ll need to bring a cake, cupcakes, ice cream, or other dessert items if desired. No other outside food may be brought in. Beverages are provided for the guests in the party package and additional food or drinks are available.
What if I supply my own paper goods?
You are welcome to bring your own paper goods to have certain colors or a theme. You will need to provide table covers, small cups, forks, spoons, and napkins. Our paper goods are basic and have no theme.
Can we just come play and pay separately but have cake or presents?
No. You are welcome to come and play at anytime but in order to have any cake or presents you must reserve a party package for your guests or rent a party room or party table.
May we bring our own decorations or balloons?
You may bring your own decorations and balloons (we do not have helium) but no confetti or pinatas. Decorations may not be taped or pinned to the walls or painted surfaces.
I have young children coming, do I have to pay for them?
Children that are too young to participate do not need to be paid for.
I will have lots of adults, what about them?
If you would like to guarantee seating space and activities for the adults at the party, you would need to include them in the party package. Adults not participating do not need to be paid for.
Are goodie bags included in the party?
Goodie bags are available for $3 per guest.
Can we add additional game credits or activities to the party?
You may add additional game credits and activities to the party. Please keep in mind these items may need to be enjoyed after the party room time is over to leave enough time in the room for pizza, cake, and presents.
Can we stay longer in the party room?
Staying longer in the party rooms is not usually an option, unless there isn’t a party scheduled in the next time slot after your party. Talk to your host to see about renting the next time slot if it is still available.
