COMPLETE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
Make sure everything is turned off (Pizza Oven, Vent Hood, Hotdog Roller, Crock Pots, Popcorn Machine, Pretzel display, fryers, griddle, Tea dispenser, etc.)
Clean pizza prep station thoroughly and change out ALL bins
Make sure all food is put away in its correct spot and sealed properly
Clean all dishes (Make sure all dishes from food court and party rooms has been brought to the kitchen)
Clean crock pots and pasta cooker
Wipe down all surfaces thoroughly (Be sure to get by microwave, sugar, and all other high traffic areas as well)
Clean oven room entirely
Make sure there are at least 2 boxes of cheese in walk in cooler (Monday-Thursday) or 4 boxes (Friday-Sunday)
Bring all dishes and screens back into kitchen
Make sure all surfaces are cleaned and oven room is neat
Empty crumb trays in oven
Make sure trash has been taken out by the employee completing trash (DO NOT MOP UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN DONE)
Make sure Mop station has been cleaned and mops are hanging
Sweep entire kitchen (Be sure to pull racks, freezers, prep station, etc., away from wall to sweep those areas as well)
Mop entire kitchen (Be sure to rinse out mop bucket and mop station when done)
Double check that all refrigerators and freezers are properly closed and locked if necessary
Ask Manager for "Walk-Out"
